Sebastián Patricio Toro Hormazábal (born February 2, 1990 in Santiago, Chile) is a Chilean footballer who currently plays for Colombian club Junior, on loan from Colo-Colo. A central defender, he can also play as a full back.
He first started in Colo-Colo's first team when Miguel Riffo and Luis Mena were injured and there were no other replacements. Since then he has become a member of the starting squad. He was inscribed in Colo-Colo team for play Copa Libertadores 2010 with the shirt Nº8.[1]
