2:00PM Time for Change is the second single by South Korean boy band, 2PM. The album was released in digital and physical format by April 16, 2009.[1] The A-side single is "Again & Again" and B-side is "I Hate You". Both reached the number one spot on the TV show Music Bank.[2]

Reception
The EP was well received, with its lead song, "Again & Again", topping various charts. The song won the Mutizen award three times on SBS' Inkigayo music show.[3][4]
