Tsai Sen-tien (Chinese: 蔡森田; pinyin: Cài Sēntián) is currently the Vice Minister of Health and Welfare of the Republic of China since June 2016.[1]
Early life
Tsai did his bachelor's degree in medicine from National Taiwan University in 1982.
