Tateshina (立科町 Tateshina-machi) is a town located in Kitasaku District, Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2015, the town has an estimated population of 7,221 and a density of 108.06 persons per km². The total area is 66.82 km².[1]
Tateshina is famous for its apple orchards.
Tateshina is sister city to Oregon City, Oregon, in the United States.[2]
