Tanguy Sie Herman Barro (born 13 September 1982) is a Burkinabé international football player. He has previously played for the French club Besançon RC on loan and the Belgian teams Racing Waregem and K.A.S. Eupen.
He was a member of the Burkinabé 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals. Barro has played 23 matches for Burkina Faso in total.
