Suggrundus is a genus of flatheads native to the eastern Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean.

There are currently three recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Suggrundus cooperi (Regan, 1908)
- Suggrundus macracanthus (Bleeker, 1869) (Large-spined flathead)
- Suggrundus meerdervoortii (Bleeker, 1860)
