Shafna is an Indian actress, who is active in Malayalam Films and Television. She has done one film each in Tamil and Telugu languages. She made her acting debut as a child artist in Malayalam with Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala (1998).[1] She played the lead role in television series Sundari marking her TV debut.
Film career
Shafna was well recognized by the Malayalam audience in the movie Katha Parayumbol [2] which was a super hit.[3] She was also well appreciated for her role in the film Athmakadha,[4] where she acted as a school-going youth who turns blind like her father. Her dialogue "ayyo acha pokalle" in the movie Chintavishtayaya Shyamala is extremely popular among Malayali audience. She has gotten a handful of offers in Malayalam, Tamil & Kannada.[5]
Personal life
Shafna was born as the second daughter of Nizam & Shahida on 15 June 1990.[6] She has an elder sister Shabna and younger sister Shaina. Shafna got married to her longtime boyfriend Sajin on 11 December 2013.[7][8]
