Sayers Classical Academy is a classical, Christian school located in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. It serve students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
The school is named after Dorothy Sayers, whose essay "The Lost Tools of Learning" has been highly influential in the modern resurgence of classical education.[2]
Students of SCA meet at the school either twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday, for the two day program) or three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, for the three-day program) for focused classroom instruction. Each SCA class also provides lesson plans to guide students in either three or two additional at-home instructional days during the week, so that both programs have a total of five instructional days per week.
