Partita for keyboard No. 4 in D Major, BWV 828, Op. 1 No. 4 is a keyboard suite by Johann Sebastian Bach composed between 1726–1729. It is the fourth suite in his Clavier-Übung I, Op. 1.

Structure

This partita consists of seven movements all in D major.

I. Ouvertüre. The beginning of this movement is in alla breve (2/2) time and the rest of the movement is in 9/8.
II. Allemande
III. Courante
IV. Aria
V. Sarabande
VI. Menuet
VII. Gigue
