Panagiotis Plavoukos (born 21 October 1994 in Athens) is a Greek footballer who currently is a free agent.
Career
Panagiotis started his professional career in Thrasyvoulos. Coming from Thrasyvoulos youth system he was promoted in first squad in 2012 where he became eventually a team regular. He played in thirty five matches. Plavoukos impressed Veria's scouting team and so Veria signed him on a free transfer till 2016. In August 20th, 2014 Panagiotis agreed to a mutual termination with Veria.
