Noel Wimalasena

Noel Wimalasena was the first Governor of Sabaragamuwa. He was appointed on 30 April 1988 and was governor until 1993. Wimalasena was succeeded by C. N. Saliya Mathew.^[1] Wimalasena was also Mayor of Kandy.
