NEXT21 is a skyscraper, shopping and office complex in Niigata, Japan. It is 128 metres (420 ft) tall, and has 21 floors, making it the second tallest building in Niigata. It has become a landmark of Furumachi, one of the Central Business Districts in Niigata.

There is BRT "Bandai-bashi Line" bus stop 'Furumachi' (Stop No.06) in front of the building.
