Kreminna (Ukrainian: Кремінна, Russian: Кременная) is a city in Luhansk Oblast (region) of Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Kreminna Raion. Population: 20,324 (2013 est.)[1].
Kreminna was founded in 1680 and has acquired the status of a city in 1938.
In July 2014, the city was the scene of fighting during the 2014 pro-Russian conflict in Ukraine.[2] Kreminna remained under Ukrainian control.[3]
