Kentucky Route 166 (KY 166) is a rural secondary state highway located entirely in Fulton County in western Kentucky. Its western terminus is located at a junction with KY 125 just southeast of Hickman, and its eastern end is located within the city of Fulton at a junction with U.S. Route 51 near that route's intersection with U.S. Route 45.
