The K-68 is a state highway in Kansas beginning at Missouri Route 2 and passing through Louisburg where it intersects with U.S. Highway 69. Four miles west of Louisburg, K-68 intersects with U.S. 169 and K-7, it also provides an end terminus with K-33 in Franklin County. As K-68 enters Ottawa, it intersects with I-35/U.S. 59/U.S. 50 near the Walmart Distribution Center. Near downtown Ottawa, it crosses the former route of US-59 before jogging to the southwest, crossing the Marais des Cygnes River then continuing to the west.
K-68 continues through Pomona, then heads south at the junction with K-268 and goes through Quenemo before heading west again. K-68 comes to an end about a mile south of Lyndon at an intersection with U.S. 75 and K-31.
