Jeff Ralph Wright (born June 13, 1949 in Edina, Minnesota) is an American football player. After Edina High School, he attended the University of Minnesota, where he was named All-Conference after the 1970 season. Jeff was drafted by his hometown team late in the 1971 NFL draft.
He played safety for the Minnesota Vikings from 1971-1977, including appearing in three Super Bowls. He finished with 12 interceptions and nine fumbles recovered in 82 regular-season games.
