The Iron Block Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.^[1]

History

The building was designed by George H. Johnson, manager of the architecture department for Daniel D. Badger's Architectural Iron Works.^[2] It was enlarged in 1899 and restored in 1984.
