Hoplophryne is a genus of microhylid frogs endemic to Tanzania.[1]

There are two species in this genus,[1][2] both endangered:[3]
- Hoplophryne rogersi Barbour and Loveridge, 1928
- Hoplophryne uluguruensis Barbour and Loveridge, 1928
