Harbin University (HrbU; Chinese: 哈尔滨学院; pinyin: Hā'ěrbīn Xuéyuàn) was established in 1999 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, People's Republic of China.
A vocational college for winter sports was set up in Harbin on October 25, 2015.[1]
