HMS Colossus was a two-deck 80-gun second rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, launched on 1 June 1848 at Pembroke Dockyard.[1]

Colossus was fitted with screw propulsion in 1864, and was sold out of the navy in 1867.[1]
