Fenpiverinium is an antimuscarinic. It is used in Spasmalgon, a Bulgarian drug which is a combination of pitofenone hydrochloride, fenpiverinium bromide, and metamisol sodium. Spasmalgon relieves pain and spasms of smooth muscles.[1]
