DR Byen is also one of the stations of the Copenhagen Metro.
DR Byen consists of four segments:
- Segment 1: Houses DR Production
 - Segment 2: Houses DR Nyheder
 - Segment 3: Houses P4 Copenhagen (Københavns Radio) and administration
 - Segment 4: Houses Copenhagen Concert Hall
