Cotaena is a genus of sedge moths.
Taxonomy
The genus was originally described in the Aegeriidae (=Sesiidae), transferred to the Heliodinidae by Meyrick, to the Schreckensteiniidae by Fletcher, to the Heliodinidae by Naumann and finally to the Glyphipterigidae by Heppner and Duckworth.[1]
