Complement component 1R (EC 3.4.21.41, activated complement C1r, C overbar 1r esterase, activated complement C1r) is a protein involved in the complement system.[1][2][3] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
- Selective cleavage of Lys(or Arg)-Ile bond in complement subcomponent C1s to form C verbar 1s (EC 3.4.21.42)
