Chiu Chuang-huan (Chinese: 邱創煥; pinyin: Qiū Chuànghuàn) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Vice Premier in 1981–1984.[1][2]
Born in Changhua, Chiu is of Raoping, Guangdong Hakka ancestry.
