Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity (APIC; Chinese: 亞太創意技術學院) is an educational college in Toufen City, Miaoli County, Taiwan.
History
Founded as the Chin Min Junior College of Technology and Commerce (Chinese: 親民技術學院) by Jou Benchi and Chen Kuan-hua in 1988, it took its current name in 1993.
As of 2004 it has approximately 6,800 students and 250 administrative and teaching staff.
