Chhin Chhoeun (born 10 September 1992 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia[1]) is Cambodian footballer, who plays for home town club National Defense Ministry in Cambodian League. He was called to Cambodia national under-23 football team at 2011 SEA Games, Cambodia national football team at 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification. He plays as a striker.
