Błażej Koniusz (Polish pronunciation: [ˈbwaʐɛj ˈkɔɲuʂ]) (born February 22, 1988[1] in Świętochłowice) is a tennis player from Poland.[2] Koniusz began playing at the age of four, and joined his first club at the age of seven. He began his senior career in 2006.[3] He played for the Polish Davis Cup squad in 2008.[4]
