The Army Public College of Management and Sciences commonly known as APCOMS, is a college located in Rawalpindi, Punjab.^[1] it was founded in 1999, under the administrative control of the Inspector General Training & Evaluation (IGT&E), Pakistan Army.^[1] its engineering programs are affiliated with University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila^[2] and Management programs are affiliated with NUML. Initially it started only management sciences and software engineering and then started electrical electrical engineering 2007 in.

At the start college was running in APS School building,new campus was built in 2007.
