Ammalo helops is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is found in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, Granada, Trinidad, Amazonas, Brazil, Venezuela, Surinam, Peru and Colombia.[1]
