Allstedt (German pronunciation: [ˈalʃtɛt]) is a town the district of Mansfeld-Südharz, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated approximatively 10 km southeast of Sangerhausen.
History
Within the German Empire (1871-1918), Allstedt was part of the Grand Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.
