2016 PFF Cup is a Competition run by PFF. 24 Teams will take part in this competition from 28 January - 22 February 2016. KRL F.C. were the defending champions and defended their title this year as well.

Renaming

The National Challenge Cup was renamed to PFF Cup for unknown reasons. After 8 months of lacking football action, It was announced that the tournament will take place from 28 January 2016 to 23 February 2016

Format

Qualifying Round: 15 B Division Teams and 1 PPFL Team will face each other in a single legged Group Stage. Winners and Group runners-up will advance to the Final Round.

Final Round: 8 PPFL Teams and Qualifying Round Teams will face each other in a Group Stage. Winners and Group runners-up advance to Knockout Rounds
